Zhu Xun is a national first-class artist in China.
He graduated from the Department of Oil Painting at Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts in Shenyang City in 1984.
Since the debut of his artworks in 1973, he has participated in over 180 provincial, national, and international exhibitions, winning numerous honors.
In the realm of art, there are no national or ethnic boundaries. Like a universal language, art has the ability to convey emotions and stories that resonate with all human beings. Zhu Xun's works transcend specific nationalism, ideologies, or hegemonies. Instead, they foster empathy among people from diverse cultures and backgrounds.

Zhu Xun, an artist and third-generation Korean-Chinese, envisions connecting with a broader spectrum of human values by transcending his personal life experiences and achievements in China. Reflecting on his work, Zhu Xun expressed.
"We need the courage and determination to deny ourselves. From what perspective to observe, what energy to invest, and how to proceed are matters I contemplate. Adopting a new perspective on the world, I choose simplicity over clutter. Su Dongpo, a well-known poet in China, once said: The highest form of skill lies in excluding artifice, and ultimate simplicity. That means we are supposed to break free from shackles, create new and different forms and attach great importance to originality."
